UMass it like You Mean it!: UMass professor shares tips on how to make authentic connections on social media.
Horst interviews Werner Kunz, a marketing professor at the University of Massachusetts. Coming from a mathematical background he brings a unique perspective to social media marketing and the unique challenges that arise as marketing becomes a two way interaction with the customer, unlike traditional advertising. Werner shares ideas about creating an authentic interaction with the customer using social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook. Werner is also involved with the Digital Media Lab at the University of Massachusetts which uses video to promote activities on social media.
