Sundeep is the Founder and CEO of Bioconnexus, a boutique life sciences advisory firm focused on globalization of products, strategy and business development.

An innovative global leader with tenures at top medtech (Medtronic) and top pharma (Merck), Sundeep brings almost twenty years of healthcare leadership experience in pharma/biotech, med-tech and healthcare delivery in the USA and Emerging Markets. At Bioconnexus, he supports biomedical startups in navigating market entry and access complexities across APAC and Americas. He is also experienced in business development, in and out licensing, M&A and JV’s, valuation analysis, and venture building biomedical startups.

Previously at Medtronic, Sundeep covered Asia-Pacific from Singapore. At Merck, he held global roles based in its corporate US headquarters. He currently spends his time in New York and Singapore.

His experiences include hospital solutions sales, market development, commercial and technical strategies for biotech and medtech therapeutics and business development.
