Stephen Bettencourt A trend and behavior enthusiast who has spent his career uncovering the actions, motivations and desires of consumers and translating them to guide organizations to evolve, and not only meet the current emotional and rational needs of their customers, but helping them position offerings for future needs. Starting his career in Insights within the fast-paced advertising industry he learned how to deeply connect with consumers to dive into the layers and discover the essence of what drives great brands. Bettencourt then went onto some of the most well-known and recognizable US based brands, such as Bank of American, Stop & Shop Supermarkets and The Hershey Company to help them on their journey to meet the evolving needs of their shoppers. Now, part of Peapod Digital Labs, he is tackling the omni-shopper and how Brick and Mortar and Online shopping work together to meet shopper’s needs and can form a single brand experience that creates trust and loyalty.
