Ph.D with over 25+ years experience in developing human integrated AI / ML systems. Trying to address produce traceability, freshness estimation, and supply chain transparency through automated processing of compliance, audit and other documents such as the Bill of Lading. Will describe how computer vision technologies accessible via a smartphone can auto-extract barcode and additional information. Will describe in detail our submission to FDA's Low- or No-Cost Tech-Enabled Traceability Challenge.
