Romy is a Biomedical Scientist and Medical Affairs specialist. After spending time in R&D developing diagnostic tests for the Swiss scale-up Abionic, she later moved into a more commercial and customer-facing role in Medical Affairs, where she is currently leading the department on a global scale. From May 2022, Romy has been based in Boston and is co-leading Abionic's US expansion and market launch of their revolutionary sepsis test.
