Her journey began in the fast-paced world of technical recruiting, where she honed her ability for identifying top talent and matching them with career opportunities. However, Michelle’s passion for marketing was always simmering beneath the surface. She saw how recruitment could benefit from marketing, where branding, messaging, and positioning play a critical role in attracting the right candidates. After earning a Master’s degree in Marketing from William & Mary, Michelle pivoted to become a Senior Employer Branding Specialist at CarGurus. Her unique perspective has allowed her to see the hiring process from both sides, enabling her to craft compelling stories and messages that resonate with top tech talent while reinforcing CarGurus’ talent brand. In her spare time, you’ll find Michelle dancing and choreographing for Boston-based dance companies, and spending time with family and friends near and far.
