Kristyn Fratus Salazar is a Senior Sales and Relationship Manager at CIC. She brings 8 years of Sales and Customer Service experience to CIC having worked previously in the world of higher education and undergraduate college admissions. In her current role, she supports CIC clients by helping them identify the best workspace for their team's needs, and facilitates introductions between community members to encourage collaboration and fruitful business relationships within CIC's diverse ecosystem. Kristyn also currently serves on CIC's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging advisory committee working to build policies and initiatives that improve equity and access for marginalized folks in both CIC's staff and client populations. Outside of CIC, Kristyn can be found at one of Somerville's dog parks with her girls Layla and Jolene, or in search of the best Colombian food in the Boston area.
