Kristin Kanders is an experienced innovation and transformation leader who is passionate about charting new directions within large, complex organizations. She enjoys building momentum within organizations to extend the boundaries of what’s possible. As vice president at the Fidelity Center for Applied Technology, Kristin is responsible for marketing and program management. Before joining Fidelity, Kristin was the head of transformation engagement and communications at State Street. There she also stood up the strategy and operations for an enterprise technology transformation. In the earlier part of her career, Kristin directed strategy & innovation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston where she led the organization’s initiation into blockchain technology. Kristin received her BA from Rice University, and her MBA from Boston College.
