Hayden McFarlane is a Sales Operations Manager at The Engine. He brings more than 15 years of Sales and Customer Service experience to The Engine having worked previously in the Luxury Travel industry, both on land and at sea, as well as working for Panasonic New Zealand as the National Product Training Manager. Originally from Waitara, New Zealand, Hayden quickly found his way into a Community Manager role at Workbar Boston where he helped build out the sales process while opening Workbar Back Bay. Combining the Sales, Operations and Community aspects of the roles, Hayden will be building the residents list for our new building at 750 Main St. Hayden is a big sports fan having played soccer and basketball growing up.
