Strategic Use of Remote Technical Teams

In-person session

July 23, 2020 | 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM
ABOUT THE SESSION

To outsource or not to outsource?

In fact, that is NOT the question.

This presentation is about the “how”, “when”, and “what” of outsourcing technical work, which can be an intimidating prospect for any Founder/CEO, for both tech- and less technical startups. And yet, a strong technology partnership can make or break any startup.

The goal with this talk is to equip non-technical and technical founders alike to approach the outsourcing question strategically. This will be an open, honest, discussion-oriented presentation about classic pitfalls of remote technical teams – what to avoid – as well as what to look for.

This is for founders who want to build and maintain technology as effectively as possible. We hope to equip participants with the actually saving you time and money, and accelerate the pace of your team’s development efforts while increasing code quality and UX.
