In-person session

September 24, 2020 | 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

You have an idea for a startup, and maybe a co-founder, a business plan or a minimum viable product. Now what? This seminar, presented by NYC startup lawyers from Odell Girton Siegel LLC, will explore some of the most common legal events and issues facing early-stage startup founders, including how to (safely) quit your job, choose a legally protectable business name, form and structure your company, issue founder shares, take on investors, hire employees (and yourself), protect your IP and choose a lawyer.
