Phil has over twenty years experience in banking and Venture Capital. His banking experience also includes ten years with the Federal Government in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Phil’s government responsibilities involved contracting with the Government and Small Business & Minority Outreach. His other background experience includes a number of years serving on the Boards on various Non-profit Social Service and Recreational organizations. This activity included Strategic Planning, Marketing and Fundraising.
