These great startups are from the many Life-Science industry branches and include biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, biomedical technologies, life systems technologies, food processing, environmental, and biomedical devices companies.
This event is presented in partnership by Plug. Plug.io is a local company that hosts delegations of visiting governments, companies and thought-leaders from Latin America. PLUG creates and curates collaborative work spaces and communities focused on entrepreneurs.

The Mexican Youth Institute (Imjuve): Imjuve is a decentralized body of the Federal Government
that operates under the supervision of the Secretariat of Social Development (SEDESOL) since its
creation in 1999. The main purpose of this institution is to design and implement public policies in
favor of young Mexicans to provide them with the necessary tools for receiving a proper education,
adequate healthcare, employment opportunities and social participation with the aim of enhancing their
