Food - Beverage: State of Innovation

With restaurants closed, innovation is continuing to happen at all stages of food and beverage production. We are launching this Food & Bev Innovation series to address challenges faced by the food and beverage businesses and offer workshops, networking, and expert advice to facilitate innovation. During this first session, experts representing academia, incubator and co-working spaces, and restaurants, will discuss the state of innovation, where and how innovation is happening in the food and beverage space and identify areas where it is needed. Take this opportunity to ask questions and share pain points you as an entrepreneur would like to be addressed in this series.
