In order to build and prepare an equitable and diverse talent pipeline, the STEM Hub for Industry Networking and Exchange (S.H.I.N.E.), a community-based initiative, provides primarily underrepresented students in Higher Education with the tools to combat barriers of entry to careers within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. An integral part of reducing these barriers is mentorship.

Join us for this panel to gain a new perspective on the lack of diversity within STEM jobs, how S.H.I.N.E. utilizes mentorship to support underrepresented students and create a diverse talent pipeline, and how you may be able to get involved. This event will include a panel of professionals from the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
