Employee Burnout is at an all-time high! How do we counter this?
In this session, you will learn well-being is a skill that you can develop based on neuroscience research. We will focus on two domains of well-being (awareness and connection) as antidotes to burnout that anyone can apply. By the end of this session you will be able to:
- Practice well-being skills for greater ease in connecting with others, managing stress, and sustaining motivation
- Learn to notice moments of joy and happiness to counter the mind’s “negativity bias”
- Leave with tools you can use immediately to maintain a positive outlook for successful relationships at work and in life
