Prof Jackie Ying directs the NanoBio lab at A*STAR, Singapore. She was the Founding Executive Director of the Institute of Bioengineering and Nanotechnology (IBN), Singapore, and was Professor of Chemical Engineering at MIT. This Fireside Chat with Professor Jackie Ying will focus on her experience in Boston and Singapore as a world renowned scientist, educator and administrator building and running an institute of 170 staff, and as a serial entrepreneur founding multiple companies including one which was sold to Merck for $500M.
