Sustainability Collaborative: Transcending Sustainability – What’s Next?
The sustainability movement continues to evolve, yet without a clear vision forward, it’s unclear what fundamental element is holding us all together. What do we collectively need to foster solutions? Where should we focus our efforts to keep the movement alive?
The Sustainability Collaborative was spurred as an outgrowth of the Sustainability unConference and aims to provide an ongoing platform for collaboration, connections, and solutions generation. Rotating sustainability advocates are given the chance to facilitate group discussion around central sustainability themes ranging from hunger alleviation to impact investing. The goal is to raise awareness within the innovation community while strengthening the social impact ecosystem.
Hosted monthly as part of The Venture Café Foundation’s Café Night at Kendall gathering. Tonight’s session led by:

Next Level Business Forum (6:30 - 7:30)
Next Level Business Forum
Next Level Business Forum is pleased to announce this month’s speaker, CEO of CareDash.com, Ted Chan. CareDash.com aims to bring transparency to healthcare by listing doctors’ receipts of pharmaceutical company payments and/or grants on their intro pages. This feature alone has an immediate and beneficial “social impact” on both sides of the doctor-patient interaction due to greater responsiveness in doctors’ treating patients as valued “customers” of healthcare and ultimately away from its perennial “crisis”-mode.
CareDash.com makes advocacy in this area immediate and personal; so, effectively each of us can become “an army of one” in addressing our own individual needs in this vastly important area of our lives.
Next Level Business Forum offers “expertise for innovation”. The forum brings together business-owners, -coaches, and -service-providers, for enlightened discussions. Each participant, expert in his own field, benefits from the others’ perspectives.
Bring your hardest problems and collaborate with other entrepreneurs and experts in a group setting. Owners and Experts break into groups for an idea-sharing round.
